And just like that roud 3 of Drift League over. Absolutely unreal day, filled with chaos, smoke and wicked vibes! Thanks again to all the volunteers, officials and Drift League for making this event happen.

Just as we expected, Tyran Gibson drove the wheels off the mighty falcon. The car worked all day with only a few minor issues. He managed to snag p4 in qualifying, and making it all the way to the top 8 before getting knocked out by the great and powerful Logan Lovell. 🫡

Massive congratulations to our Cooked chook cousins from Devonport Scott Beard, Toby Lowry and Tahn Jacobson. Making it an all falcon podium in the L2 class! 🔥🔥

We will be seeing you all in a few months, for the round 4&5 'double header' . 🤙

Our biggest drift day of the year, 12 hours of track time heading into the Dark at Buckby Motors Symmons Plains Raceway.

We’ll be turning on the lights at 4:30 - where the atmosphere will completely change 😍

A packed Schedule for both our classes L1 (Pro) & L2 (Amateur) ensures tight battles and a night not to miss.

We are 5 sleeps away from Drift League Rd2 at Symmons plains. If you haven't booked it in for Saturday, you better! Being a twilight round, all the underglow and disco lights will be strapped to all the rigs for the night display 🔥

Tyran will be holding it down for the team this weekend, and damn are we looking forward to see him throwing down in the big chook tin! Seeing how well we've seen him drive in the past in an underpowered car, it's going to be a wild sight seeing him with 400kw 😅 also he's sporting a brand new livery from our boy Kayden Gardner, and it's looking insane! Drift collective rd2 certainly lived up to hype. A showcase of what Drift culture is in Australia, so to all that were involved you should be proud! Thanks for giving tasmania a chance to show there worth!

Unfortunately, this weekend was not one for the Cooked chookies. Ben was driving absolutely on point, but his car was giving us some dramas early into Saturday. Unfortunately he ended up with the double whammy! Snapped an input shaft on his gearbox just after lunch. We hustled to get another box in it for qualifying. We managed to get it swapped in just 25 minutes 😅 as he went out to do his qualifying runs, the trusty old barra decided to give in. We suspect it's deleted a couple pistons. So unfortunately that's it she wrote for the weekend. 🤦

Not the result we were aiming for, but sometimes s**t happens. So with now Beau and Ben both out for possiblymost of the year, Tyran is going to have to carry the team at Drift League rd2 in the coming month. Be sure to check out his new spicy rig 🫡

Going to be one killer weekend! Ben will be riding solo for the team this weekend 🫡 putting on his big boy un**es (265's), very excited to see how he fairs against literally Australia's best. Some mega huge names in drifting are rolling out to symmons plains, but I have a feeling a Tasmanian is definitely taking this one out! Best of luck to all 🔥🐔
