One of my absolute favourite benefits of working out is the confidence it brings you. Whether your just starting out or you’ve mastered all your progressions, there’s just something about the discipline of sticking to a workout routine that can do wonders for your mental health and self esteem. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s almost impossible to walk out of a gym feeling crappy about yourself 🤷🏼♀️

YA GIRL GOT HER NUTRITION & BUSINESS CERTIFICATE 🥳 I’ve always been super interested in nutrition and the way the different foods we eat can effect our body, I’m also a bit of a wizz in the kitchen and actually really enjoy spending time there, so I figured a nutrition qualification would be the perfect thing to add the my resume! I am now fully qualified to help you out with all things nutrition related, meal plan related and don’t forget fitness related! Who wants Sunday meal preps with Erin?
