Rodney Sinclair currently leading the Samurai Rods big bass with 2.02kg.

The Bjelke-Petersen Dam teams event is THIS WEEKEND! Proudly sponsored by TT Fishing and Platypus Fishing Lines!

Bp dam holds plenty of cracking bass, and with camp situated right at the dam, this is not one you want to miss. The teams format is a little bit different to a singles round, as you are teaming up with a mate to catch your biggest 3 bass each day!

The official prefish day is Friday, the 30th of October, from official sunrise. Briefing will be held at the caravan park and livestreamed on Facebook for those that can't make it. It's going to be a great weekend.

Massive thanks to Glen the Publican at The Brushy - Brushgrove Hotel for sponsoring the 2026 Australian Open on the Clarence River. We had a chat with him to hear about the pub.
