“I was told a knee replacement was likely… but I refused to give up.” 💜
We sat down with Fitness Cartel member Roberto to hear how training became a huge part of his comeback.

After struggling with severe knee pain and finding even simple things like walking up stairs difficult, Roberto started training with a purpose - focusing on building strength, improving his mobility and getting back to doing the things he loves.

Week by week, he got stronger. The pain reduced. His movement improved.
Today, he’s climbing stairs with ease and keeping up with life and his family again 💪
