A big thank you to Fletcher and the team at EcoTreat Solutions NT for responding quickly when our caretaker’s septic system needed some attention recently.

They were on site as soon as they were notified and got the job sorted for us.

A big well done to PGFC Junior angler Daly Melville, our August Monthly Junior Angler winner.

It’s no surprise to see Daly’s name come out of the draw. He’s been busy out on the water and sent through a great batch of catches for August.

🎣 SEPTEMBER SPECIES CHALLENGE!

One month. Ten species. One champion.

From 1–30 September, the challenge is to tick off as many of the 10 target species as you can:

Barramundi • Mangrove Jack • Golden Snapper • Tarpon • Saratoga • Queenfish • Giant Trevally • Jewfish • Stripey • Red Emperor

📸 Every catch needs:
• a glory photo with the angler and fish
• a clear measure photo showing the full fish and length
• a stubby cooler visible in every measure photo

📱 All catches must be uploaded to the September Species Challenge event in the PGFC Mobile App.

🏆 How will the winner be decided?
Catch all 10 species and you’re in contention for the title. If more than one angler catches all 10, the winner will be determined by the combined total length across their 10 species.

If nobody manages all 10, the angler who catches the highest number of different target species will take the win. If there’s a tie, combined length will decide it.
