THE OPEN

The 2026 CrossFit open starts this week. We will be having our open workouts on
Friday: 5pm and 6pm classes.
Sunday: 8:30am

And if people havnt done the workout by then we will have a some catchup on Monday for some last minute submissions.

If you havnt signed up yet be sure to do so but if you aren’t signing up still come in and partake and cheer on those who are 💪

Our Plan for 2026📝

Coming into the new year fitness evolved will be having some changes 🫣

Don’t worry our reward system is staying 🎉

One of the things that will be changing is our standards of workouts.

That’s means

1) Completing workouts to a high standard:
Workouts will still be scaled to your skill level but that level will be the absolute best of your ability.

2) MORE no reps:
No more half repping movements and still moving throughout the workout. Fail = Rest and try again

3) Skill progression:
We are going to have a progression sheet of all the skills that YOU will be actively working on throughout the year to drive growth 💪
