I wasn’t expecting to feel this.

Walking into the Summit felt less like attending an event and more like being swept into the arms of an old friend.

You know that feeling when someone genuinely wants the very best for you?

That’s what filled the room. No ego, no hype and no promise of a magic pill or a quick fix.

Just passionate, intelligent people sharing what they’ve dedicated their lives to understanding about living well for longer.

In a world overflowing with conflicting advice, loud opinions and endless wellness trends, there was something refreshing about hearing experts openly acknowledge that there is no single answer.

Because healthy ageing isn’t one thing, but instead it’s many small pieces working together.

To the wonderful Margie words are not enough.

To Dr Wendy Sweet, Dr Cam McDonald, Dr Paul Taylor
and Richard Boyd and all speakers, thank you for sharing your knowledge, passion, and commitment to helping people age with greater vitality and health.

One theme that continued to emerge throughout the summit was the importance of reducing chronic inflammation and supporting long-term heart and brain health.

A particularly fascinating discussion came up on repeat around the importance of Omega-3s. But not just any Omega-3. Revolutionary Balance Oil - a polyphenol omega 3 formualtion that addresses one of the biggest challenges with these fragile fatty acids: oxidation.

Today, I choose me. ☀️

I’m deeply grateful to have built a life with the freedom to work from anywhere. To be able to take my laptop, breathe in fresh air, slow down, move my body gently, sit in nature and honour my health without guilt.

True wealth is not just money. It’s the freedom to create a life that doesn’t constantly cost you your wellbeing.
