Welcome Riley!

We are pleased to announce the signing of Riley Morgan, the better of the Morgan brothers. Riley joins us from West Bentleigh, where he made his Longmuir shield debut in the 2025/2026 season. He will make a big impact with both bat and ball.

We are excited to see Riley in maroon and gold this season.

Welcome Jayce Morgan!

We are thrilled to announce that superstar all rounder and perennial SECA team of the year player Jayce Morgan, after much consideration has chosen to take his back talents to Centenary Park.

It’s been over ten years since Jayce last ran out in the Maroon and Gold, having spent multiple years in our junior program.

Jayce arrives in hot form following a team of year selection, 412 runs averaging 37.45 and 25 wickets with an economy of 4.31.

We look forward to taking the field with you and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make this season.

As the 26/27 season is fast approaching, the club would like to announce their revised coaching structure.

Head Coach - Lukas Galanopoulos
With two seasons at the helm and a premiership under his belt, Lukas has recommitted for the 26/27 season as head coach.

Assistant Coach - Peter Milner.
Monkey is a club legend having spent over 30 summers at Uniting, several playing premierships and is an important component of this groups recent success. The club is over the moon to welcome monkey back for another season.

Micheal Cove - Specialist Coach
After a few sessions with the boys last season, it’s fair to say the culture has drawn Covey in. He has committed to Uniting as a Specialist Coach for the 26/27 season.
Covey brings a wealth of coaching experience at professional clubs at home and overseas.

We can’t wait to see the boys in action this season!!

🦁 - Eliza Sharp
Our Grand Final Best on Ground returns this year following a massive season last year, where she played a key role in our premiership triumph. A strong all-rounder across the season, she finished with 12 wickets and 178 runs, highlighted by a huge top score of 30. Her impact with both bat and ball made her a crucial part of the team’s success. We look forward to another big season in the maroon and gold from Sharpy.

🦁 - Erin Sanford
Welcome back the SAN MAN!! Erin bleeds maroon and gold and is excited for another season behind the stumps. Our reliable wicketkeeper, Erin recorded 12 dismissals last season and continues to be a vital part of the team. Her positivity, commitment, and work behind the stumps make her an invaluable member of the Lionesses. We can’t wait to have you back for another season!

🦁 - Sophie James
Sophie is back for another season in the maroon and gold. A proud member of the club’s inaugural junior women’s team. Last season she finished with 17 wickets, finishing among the competition’s leading bowlers, and was recognised with a 3rd-place finish in the league Champion Player award. She also contributed 152 runs with the bat and recorded 8 dismissals in the field throughout the season. We are excited for what is to come in season 2026/2027.

Ryan ‘the rizzler’ Pappin joins Uniting.

We are pleased to welcome our newest member Ryan Pappin to the club, he joins us after a stint at Moorabbin where he added a sub - district hundred to his resume. We are excited to see what he can do in the maroon 🦁

We are having our annual general meeting on the 3rd of June 7:00PM at the Bentleigh RSL. We encourage all members, players, families and supporters to attend.
Our AGM is a great chance to hear about the club’s growth, plans for the upcoming season, and ways you can get involved. Help shape the future of our club as we head into another big year at Centenary Park. 🦁

A memorial service to celebrate the life of David Ian Swann will be held at Cumulus & Stratus Chapel, Bunurong Memorial Park, Dandenong South on Wednesday 27.5.2026 at 11.30am.
