🌸We are so proud to share that yesterdays fundraiser “ Move well for Milani” raised an incredible $6,500 for this beautiful local family. 🙏A heartfelt thank-you to everyone involved - local businesses who donated gift vouchers for our raffles & number boards, participates in our 4 x classes, those who baked cakes and yummy sweets, those who bought raffle tickets & donated money . Love and thanks to everyone involved. 💕So much generosity, love & kindness everywhere.

🌸Our fundraiser “Move well for Milani” was a huge success. I am truly blessed & grateful to work with these 2 incredible woman who I’ve known for some 20 years Miriam & Natasha. 🌸Their dedication in helping & caring for others each day as Physiotherapists is inspiring.🌸Yesterday’s event poured care and love from the Menai Community & beyond as we came together to support beautiful Milani & her family. 🌸What a wonderful day.

💫Core Gymball Studio, Menai. 💫Each class will include 20 minutes of gentle Core Gymball exercises led by amazing physio Miriam followed by 20 mins of yoga exercises. 💫Beginners welcome as it’s a fun charity event to help raise funds for Milani & her family as they deal with the day to day stresses of caring for Milani and their older 2 year old son whilst Milani is undergoing treatment for a brain tumour. 💫Many local businesses have kindly donoted gift vouchers for our raffle. 💫These tickets can be purchased in studio at your next Core gymball class or yoga class 💫The prizes will be drawn on the day so plenty of time to purchase raffle tickets. 💫There are 4 x classes on the day. 💫5 spots still left at 10am. 💫4 spots still available at 12pm. 💫The 11am class is a men’s class and plenty of spots still available.💫9am is already FULL.💫All money raised goes directly to the family.💫It is truly special and amazing as we come together as a community to support this beautiful family. 💫Thank you everyone for your kindness and support. 💫Truly grateful.

⚪️Renew your Nervous System with this breath. ⚪️Breath in for 4 counts… Hold for 4 ……Exhale slowly for 6 counts. ⚪️Allow your shoulders to relax. ⚪️This breath can be done anytime you need to calm yourself & reconnect⚪️Then there is an option to add a gentle sway , like a tree moving freely in the breeze. ⚪️Feel tension release with each exhalation. ⚪️You could do this breath any time of day.

Move Well for Milani will be held on Sun 15th Feb 2026 at CORE Gymball Physiotherapy from 9am -1pm. Will include a gymball & yoga classes, morning tea & more!

🌈At the end of every storm there’s always a rainbow. You just have to look for it !
🌈It’s been a hectic week of huge rain and chaos. As I drove this afternoon there was this most magnificent rainbow. Like a halo in the sky.
🌈It gave me an opportunity to stop and reflect on the week just gone.
🌈Our yoga practice this week focused on helping people relieve their pain.
🌈We did this with movement, breathing techniques & A guided relaxation for Shifting the pain response.
🌈Pain also affects our emotions , sense of self & reshapes our identity. It’s not just a physical experience.
🌈Rainbows can bring smiles, a sense of ease and curiosity.
