Our 3-Day Diving Intensive is a great way for children to try diving, build confidence and develop new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether they're stepping onto the diving board for the first time or looking to improve their technique, this program caters to a range of abilities.

Participants must:

✔️ Be confident in deep water

Each session includes both pool and dry-land training. Please bring:

Help your child build confidence and accelerate their swimming progress with our popular Four-Day Intensive Swim Program this July.

Through consecutive daily lessons, swimmers have the opportunity to strengthen their skills, refine technique and build confidence in the water in a focused and supportive environment.

Just a friendly reminder that the Aquatic Centre will be closed on Monday 8 June for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

Lessons will not be charged on this day, and classes will not be eligible for make‑up sessions due to the centre closure. Enjoy the long weekend!

Term 2 is a great opportunity to build confidence, strengthen skills and continue progressing through each level in a fun, supportive environment.

Mentone Diving Club was proudly represented at the Diving Victoria Club Challenge on Sunday morning, with eight divers taking to the pool.

With many competing in their very first interclub event, the team demonstrated great composure, commitment and progress across the board. A special thank you to Sienna for her support on pool deck, coaching and guiding the team throughout the morning.

AQUA PLAY – April Sessions

If you’re new to swimming or looking to help your little one feel confident in the water, Aqua Play is the perfect place to start. Each 30-minute session features fun, gentle activities designed to build confidence and enjoyment.

Suitable for children aged 12 months to 3 years, with sessions guided by our experienced Infant and Preschool instructors. All participants are required to wear swim nappies.

3-Day Diving Intensive

Join our three-day diving intensive, open to all abilities — from beginners trying diving for the first time to those looking to build skills and confidence. No experience is required; participants must be 9 years or older and confident in deep water.
