Under 13 Mentone Tigers – Team Lightning ⚡️

Last Saturday marked the end of an era for our incredible Team Lightning. After 5 amazing years together, this talented group played their final game last week, going down by just 1 goal in a nail-biting finish. Their determination and heart shone right until the final whistle.

This team has achieved so much — 3–4 grand final wins, countless hard-fought victories, and a bond built on teamwork, friendship, and pure Lightning spirit. To see them disband is truly bittersweet.

Attached is a sad-ish photo from the last game and a winning photo from 2024 — a perfect reminder of just how far they’ve come and what they’ve accomplished together.

Thank you, Lightning, for the memories, the passion, and the pride you’ve brought to Mentone Tigers. ⚡️ You’ve been an incredible team.

Under 11 Mentone Tigers Wildcats – What a Game! 🐯

Huge shout-out to our amazing Wildcats!
With only 7 players and no subs, the girls put in an absolutely incredible effort. They fought hard from start to finish and kept the game tight, going down by just 2 goals — an effort to be truly proud of.

A massive congratulations to Jemima, who was voted Best on Ground by SDNA! ⭐️ Her determination, teamwork, and energy were outstanding.

And a special mention to Coach Trinity for her great guidance and support throughout the match. 👏

Well done to every single player — your grit, teamwork, and spirit were on full display today. Go Wildcats 🙌
