Aussie Title night 2 …. Emotions there were many 🙏🤞😊🥲😳👏🥺😡😤😬💩💨🔁😴🏠🔨🫶

Before we get to our story we just want to congratulate Dylan Barrow - our new A1 🏁👏🎉🥳🎊🌟.
A very well deserved win after a weekend of consistent performances …
We have loved sharing the journey from the early Junior days right through to panel slapping in Mods with you now…😊

Starting out of P7 in our 4th heat and final one for the weekend Will pedaled his way up to 4th for our first green to 🏁 👏
This gave us a fighting chance to stay in it by placing us off the back of B Main 1.
20 laps to pass 16 cars to get to a transfer spot for the A main.🤞
Was all looking good with 5 cars passed in 3 laps when (yep you guessed it 🤦‍♀️) bang/crash left front of car ripped out and off to the in field we go 😕 reunited with our besties from the weekend -
Car had great speed but just wasn’t to be our weekend 😬

Thanks to our amazing pit crew that stood up each and every time … you showed the true meaning of a Speedway family .. 1500kms away from home and we still had support all weekend.

Thanks also to the for sharing the weekends adventures , we rode the highs and lows for each other and cheered loud and proud for those that made it through 👏👏

Well done to Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway, , and for a great event.

Homeward bound now to recoup and to try to find the passion again that keeps us coming back for these events .. even when the last was one to forget 😬😜🫶

Is it home time yet ?
Night 1 was one to forget and an experience that makes us question why and what universe we upset 😕
From getting fed in to out-of-the-packet component failure the night had it all.
But in true Aussie fashion we get up with the sun and start again … are we crazy ? Yep !!!

Huge thanks to those that jumped in helped out all night long … Brad Rooey Mckendrick, Todd Russell, Scott Bates, Tanya Clothier, Megan Clothier and Alex Clothier .. without you there never would have been a hope of making it back on track.

Here’s hoping night 2 is a little kinder cause that 1500km trip home is already going to be a long one 😬

For this Easter we decided to take a little road trip up the highway to Toowoomba for the 25/26 Modified Sedan Australian title. 🇦🇺 🚎
Had a few practice laps around the famous T-Bar track today and ended up 19th fastest for our 2nd race meet of the season. 🏎️
2 more days of racing fun to come.

Well here we are at for the 25/26 SA Modified Title.
First race of the season for after race cancellations and the challenge of an interstate driver 😜

In the year we went green, it 'shore' meant we were seen 😜.
We learnt from the highs and the lows, lessons that only speedway can bestow.
