As of the 17th of November XY Skin Body Health will be undergoing some major renovations and will be renamed Farrago Skin and Body.

As you know I have recently reduced my trading hours and have a full time position with the Commonwealth Bank at Norwood.

Farrago Skin and Body will be under new management, however don't panic guys as I will be continuing to work Thursday Evenings and Saturdays but you will also be able to book during the day again. Check out the new hours below.

I'm pleased to announce Josie who is the new owner. I have met with her many times over the past few weeks and we have been going through an intensive hand over so she will be able to step straight into the salon and know exactly how you all have your treatments done and customised. She has 15 years experience in Beauty Therapy and is amazing at what she does.

Josie will be introducing some great new services and products. Some of these new services are Threading, Shellac Pedicures and Manicures, Eyelash Extensions, 3D Eyebrow Building, Body Sugaring as well as facials, peels and much more. Keep a look out in your emails as she is going to be releasing some AMAZING SPECIALS coming up to Xmas.

Some of the new product ranges are Dermalogica, Shanghai Suzy Lipstick (vegan lipstick range), Enfants, Paradis Organic Skincare, Modelrock Lashes and Soya Candles.

On one hand I'm very sad to be handing over the rains to the baby I started 5 years ago and build from the ground up but on the other hand I think it is time and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect fit than Josie. This is such an exciting time and I hope you can all give Josie a go and be as welcoming to her as you all have been to me.

I have some exciting news!

As you all know I have been a one man band for quite some time now and as my needs are changing so will the salons trading hours.

As most of you know my partner and I are looking to settle down, get married and have children.

Looking into my crystal ball and seeing the future I found it hard to see how I was going to make it work having children at home, running a salon part time or even being 7 months pregnant and doing massages, pedicures etc....

I needed to start setting myself up for the future. So am happy to announce I have just been offered a job at the Commonwealth Bank at Norwood as their Customer Service Specialist as of the 30th of September. (Feel free to drop in and say hi)

This is a part time role so it allows me to be able to still work at the salon in the evenings and weekends which I am very happy about. I love being a beauty therapist and love my salon and love all of my clients so I do hope that you all understand and are able to come in either in the evenings or on the weekends. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause any of you.

There are a few clients that I haven't got round to calling yet to change their appointments to an evening or weekend time slot but I will get in contact with you soon. Feel free to contact me if you know there is an appointment that needs to be changed or for any other matter.
