🌱 We Are Hiring – Personal Assistant (Franchise Business)
IMOW is Australian franchise network and we are preparing for our next stage of expansion. With new Master Franchisees & Field Franchisees coming on board and continued growth ahead, we are seeking a reliable, efficient, and positive Personal Assistant to support the business operations and franchise network in our Morayfield Office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and takes pride in being organised, proactive, and helpful.

🧩 About the Role
You will provide general administrative and operational support to the manager and assist both existing and new franchisees.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• General administration and email management
• Assisting existing franchisees with day-to-day support
• Setting up and onboarding new franchisees
• Document preparation and basic record keeping
• Banking assistance and administrative support
• Ordering equipment and materials for new franchisees
• Arranging couriers and deliveries
• Phone management and follow-ups
• Social media management and basic content scheduling
• Learning and working within existing systems and processes

• Highly organised and efficient
• Comfortable working unsupervised at times
• Quick to learn systems and processes
• Confident communicating with franchisees and suppliers
