Who wants to dance??? With the heaviness and uncertainty of current times, I want to offer a space where we can learn, laugh, move and release! These classes will unfold as weeks go on to cater for what we feel we need. To begin, we will learn some short sequences to build on in coming weeks. Week 1 will be a song from Dirty Dancing. I’m offering these classes for FREE. They are not for building fitness, or to become a dancer 🤣. Just some time out to move with no expectations. Classes begin Wednesday May 6th at 6.30pm in the studio. Please Message me if you’d like to attend so I know how many people to cater for.
