By the end you’re laughing, sweaty and somehow already talking about the next one.

Every. Single. Time. 😂

Get fit.
Lose weight.
Eat perfectly.
Train more.

What if this spring you just got really bloody consistent?

3 good workouts.
Better food choices MOST of the time.
More protein.
More movement.
Still have the w**e.
Still have a life.

And apparently… have a bloody good smile while you’re doing it like Suus 🇳🇱 . 😂💜

You can absolutely want to look better AND feel better.

You just don’t need to overhaul your entire life to get there.

Small things. Done often.

That’s where the good stuff happens. 🌸
