Daintree Estate

The start of Daintree Estate Stud - registered breeders of Hanoverian Warmblood Performance Horses.

One year ago today, we moved into our home.

It feels quite fitting that, exactly 12 months later, we’re marking another milestone here at Endeavour Warmbloods… today our first foal from our 2025 crop leaves for his new home.

Sonny was our Christmas Day surprise, born right here in this very paddock. The only c**t from our four foals last season, and the most perfect little Christmas present 🎅🏼

We purchased his beautiful mum, Lucy, with Sonny already safely tucked away in utero, so in many ways their story has been intertwined with the beginning of ours here too.

Today, Sonny and Lucy leave together for Tini | Daintree Estate WA, and I couldn’t help but snap this photo of the two of them waiting for the truck - standing in the very paddock where Sonny was born 🥺 (Peep the other three weanlings in the background watching on).

Lucy and Sonny’s story with isn’t finished yet. Lucy is expecting a For Gold OLD baby in Dec/Jan, so Sonny will have a little brother or sister by his side before long!

There’s something a little bittersweet about seeing them leave, but mostly it’s exciting. Watching one of the first foals we raised here head off into the world feels like another marker of just how much has happened in these first 12 months.

A year ago, we were moving boxes in and beginning to imagine what this place could become. Today, we’re farewelling the first foal to leave.

One year home. One beautiful chapter closing, and so many more just beginning.

A new chapter begins …

Argos escaped the farm dog life at Daintree to get back to his roots out on the water. The lead is because the jumps overboard and swims to other boats - the water dog instinct is strong in this one! 🐶

Team Daintree had a fun and very successful day yesterday at the Dressage Pony Showcase with both Arni and Jag making us very proud. Their riders came home with a second place rosette, and a first and third place ribbon in the juniors - plus the biggest smiles that stayed in place all day! It was a team effort to get us there and back but it was worth it.

Thank you Knightwood Training Centre for sponsoring the event and giving our riders so much advice and support on the day, our sport is so lucky to have you.

A huge thank you to Anna Latto for graciously allowing us the use of your indoor so our two very nervous riders could practice their ringcraft in a premium facility the night before the big day. Your big smile and support on the day was also so wonderful.

Our ponies have earned a well deserved day off today 🥕

Meet the queen of the property, Jazdan Facination — better known around the stables as Belle. 👑🐴

As the alpha mare and undisputed boss lady of Daintree Estate, Belle leads with confidence, grace, and just the right amount of attitude!

She’s the pride and joy of our team, turning heads wherever she goes with her beauty, presence, and warm heart.

Whether she's keeping the herd in line or posing for admiring glances, Belle reminds us every day why we love her so much. ❤️

Drop a 🦄 below to say hello to our gorgeous girl!

Last week one of our original ponies, Fergie, found her new home and we are so proud of her. She is taking excellent care of her new little rider and it seems to be a perfect match 💕

We received these beautiful words from her new owner 🥹

“We cant thank you enough! Not only for trusting us with Fergie but a positive buying experience. Very excited to watch this pairs journey.”

We’re excited to watch their journey too!

We had another visit from one of our favourite supporters - Kellie from Kingsfield Equestrian ! This time she brought something extra special. The brand new Theault horse box (or lorry if you’re Rachel Allen 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 )

This is a total game changer, incredibly easy to drive ( I reverse parked it in a standard car bay), much more comfortable for the horses and has fully customisable extras to fit your horse lifestyle.

It comes in a 3 or 5 seat version. The 5 seat converts into a seating area with table, fridge and bunk beds so that’s a no brainer for us!

We love it, what do you think? Does it make it onto the wish list?? 🦄
