What a day! Great weather, sensational dancing and a tonne of excitement. Lucy and Tilly danced beautifully at Cowal, and I couldn’t have been more proud watching them dance on those famous Cowal boards!! Best of luck to our Aussie finalists Saturday, we’ll be cheering for you! 🇦🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

These two humble, quiet achievers - great mates and lovely dancers - get to dance on the boards at Cowal tomorrow in the World Championship qualifiers. They’ve both worked incredibly hard and are deserving of this moment that they get to share together.

Girls, remember that representing yourselves, the studio, and Mt Gambier on the world stage is already an achievement. Dance with confidence, enjoy every moment and be proud of how far you’ve come. We certainly are!!

A huge congratulations to our dancers — they all danced beautifully and should be incredibly proud of themselves! It was fantastic to see their hard work, confidence and improvement shine through on the stage ✨

A very special thank you to our amazing volunteers who gave their time to help make the competition such a success. The day wouldn’t have run as smoothly as it did without all of you. A big thanks also to Natalia, Maxine and Tony from Backstage Inc for their assistance on the day and for running the canteen.

And of course, thank you to all the families and supporters who came along to cheer our dancers on, and also to our friends from Garrick Stewart School of Highland Dancing who made the trip down from Adelaide to dance alongside us.

What a wonderful team effort and a weekend to be proud of! 🌟

The final day of Internationals saw Bree place 4th overall in the International Championship 11 yrs, Laura place 6th in the Fling in the 10 yrs Championship, and Elise receive judges points in the 16-18 yrs Championship.

Well done girls on a big weekend of dancing. Keep up the good work! 👏💕
