Can the pseudosciencey health conscious people please stop talking about "toxins" in everything?! It's getting out of control. Do you even read the research? Do you know how to interpret studies properly? Or do you just jump on "toxic" bandwagons? No, you don't need to wrap yourself in bubble wrap. Stevia is not going to kill you. Having processed food once in a while is not going to give you cancer. Toxins aren't out to get you. Just be sensible and use common sense. Eat mainly fresh food, cook your own food, and have treats in moderation. Eat well by all means, but don't be so goddamn orthorexic about your diet. Or if you want to be obsessive about your diet, at least do your research and know what you are talking about first.
