❗️NEW MANAGEMENT❗️

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the departure of our Rugby 7s Team Coach & Captain from the club - both of whom were founding members of the group & dedicated young men to the formation & development of this team from conception. Dedicated to their families & also to the Mount Isa 7s Rugby community as a whole.

Unfortunately, the newer members of this club now see this club & team going in a different direction away from the community spirit that the team was initially built on; and more towards financial accumulation. This was never the intention of the founding members of this team, yet it seems new ideas by those new to our beloved Mount Isa Community has triumphed this late in the series.

Nevertheless, we give thanks to everyone who supported us under the previous leadership esp our families, community & sponsors; & wish the boys all the best in the last game this weekend.
