⭐️ WHY MOBILITY MATTERS ⭐️
A horse’s body is designed for near-constant movement.
Mobility has a major impact on both physical health and mental regulation.

🐴 WHAT THIS MEANS FOR THE HORSE 🐴

~Physically~
• Supports circulation, joint health, balanced muscle development, soundness.
• Supports hoof health & gut function

~Mentally~
• Helps release tension and allows self-regulation
• Good mobility= fewer stress behaviours
• A free-moving horse= relaxed, willing, and responsive

🛑 WHEN MOVEMENT IS LIMITED: 🛑
(By stabling, small paddocks, limited work, restraints when training)

•Can lead to tension, reactivity, disconnection and unwanted behaviour, bucking, rearing, bolting.
•The horse often begins to compensate elsewhere- Tightness through the body, difficulty softening, resistance under saddle, ongoing soreness or lameness.
