Welcome, I am Jenni-Rose intuitive pagan witch, priestess and ceremonialist, it is my honour to offer my guidance and support through deep transitions that facilitate awareness, connection and growth. I work closely with Rose and Serpent energies and alongside several deities and have undergone many sacred transformative rites including sacred initiations within the high energy portals of Egypt upon 2 spiritual journeys there 2019 and in 2024 in this lifetime and across many remembers timelines. I have been both a member of a Coven and also a High Priestess of my own Coven. I have dwelt in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres and so have a good balanced understanding of the cycles and seasons in the both. My passion is to support others whether one to one or within group space, to embrace the cycles of change, leading and championing folk to truly honour their own unique magick and celebrate their individuality as well as welcoming them as an important part of the collective energy. I regularly lead groups and hold space for others both in-person and online and have also facilitated at community events and festivals. I also offer Heart Lead Rose Healing Sessions in my Home Sanctuary in the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia. And for those who cant travel to me I offer journeying and mentoring online. Hi Community,

Its been awhile, I'm not much on socials currently. I have been taking time away for reflection and processing after my incredible journey abroad in May/June, which brought up a lot to process.

Part of my selfcare has been/is electronic music and dance community immersion. I am honestly ao grateful for Lab Leaked Beats for providing such a nourishing, supportive and inspiring environment to let go into. A home for us wonderful weirdos right here in Murwillumbah, Northern Rivers, just 5 mins from my house. At the wonderful M'Arts Cafe and Bar.

I will be 55 in August, raves have been part of my therapy for over 35 years, and yes some of us are still here since the early warehouse parties in Sydney and for me in London too, in the 90's.

One of my favourite DJ sets recently was RUDE last Saturday at LLB, keep an eye out for him! I will share some more snippets of his set in my stories.

These images sum up for me happy times at the last 2 LLB. Dance, music, laughter, community...turning up just as you are.

Healing is a journey. Finding what makes you happy is vital. And not taking yourself to seriously is medicine.

Capricorn Full Moon exact here at 9.56am AEST Tomorrow (Tuesday) here in the Southern Hemisphere.

This beautiful June Full Moon holds the energy of Winter Solstice which is a reflection of surrender to hope regeneration and internal light being rekindled, sge shines back to us from above, a reminder that all is cyclic.

It is the time of Whale Migration here on the East Coast of Australia, its Cirtus, Avocado and Macadamia Harvest time. She is a pale cold Winter Moon, to the Minjungbal Bundjalung people of my local area this season is Waringu - Cold Season.

In the Northern Hemisphere she s The Strawberry Moon which is not so relevant here, it relates to the peak of the wild strawberry harvest for Indigenous North American peoples.

And this Moons a Cap Moon, mine moon sign, anyone else?

So if you choose to name the Moon please make it relevant to where you dwell.

This is one aspect of Lunar Magick taught in my Beginner Witch training which I haven't offered for awhile, perhaps I will do so again. Comment or DM if you are interested and I will put you on the waitlist.

These huge Horns rise toward the heavens at the ancient Palace of Knossos in Crete, I spent ages gazing at them durng my time there recently.

Called the Horns of Consecration by archaeologists and thought by most to be symbolic of the Horns of the bull and the power of nature, strength, virility and authority. Which also ties in with the Bull Leaping frescos.

It has also been suggested by some that this potent symbols represents the goddess with her arms raised Skyward which I love and by others that they signify the sacred peaks of the mountains.

To me they also feel like the Horned phase of the Crescent Moon, which I personally associate with Medousa and the Horned Viper which is also interesting given the importance of serpents in Minoan religion and culture and so famously represented by the beautiful Snake Goddess statues found at Knossos. I will put up a post about them soon, seeing them at the museum in Heraklion was an absolute highlight of my time in Crete.

Maybe one day Linear A will be translated and we will have a better understanding of the Minoan civilsation. Regardless of how we choose to interpret this ancient symbol, it radiates power.

This beautiful stone was one of many I saw on the beaches during my time in Greece.

Called Hag stones by many, these magickal holey rocks have long been used in ancient Northern European folk magick and more recently by modern pagan and witches.

From Nightmare prevention, to protection, malevolent detection, luck and divination, the hag stones name comes from Old English and Germanic roots - Haegtese meaning witch, the stones thought to have been carved out by spectral hags.

But what did they mean to ancient Greeks? According to F.T. Elworthy On Perforated Stone Amulets (1903) they were used to deter the evil eye. Perhaps a precursor to the famous blue eyes found through Greece and Türkiye. I will post about them another time.

Prior to these holey stones were used to moor boats and stones and pebbles were used to cast votes and to write the name of people to be exiled.

Stones were also used as amulets talismans and vitive offerings painted or engraved to harness the power of deity during travel but these were not holey stones.

My quest to find any more info on uses for stones, particularly holey stones in ancient Greece is ongoing.

Since my recent connections with Hypnos and Sleep and Asklepios and Dream Incubation my Hag stones are even more treasured. You can read about both these deities in other posts on my feed.

Enkoimesis - Sacred Sleep. The realm of Hypnos god of Sleep and Oneiros god of dreams.

At the Asklepions in ancient Greece the Abaton served as the ritual sleeping chamber, a space of deep restorative slumber, that formed part of the holistic practices used to support holistic health and healing.

Hypnos dwells in the eternal darkness of Erebos with his mother Nyx, the realm that lays beyond the threshold of the sun. Together they wrap the world in Night and Sleep, peppered with the dreams of Oneiros.

Where do you go when you have decisions to make? Thresholds of change to contemplate and prepare to cross. Conflicting thoughts and emotions to process.

Some places deeply support going within, accessing internal wisdom and the guidance available from energetic counsel.

To me its always water. I seek out the sound of rolling waves or flowing rivers or the ripples and dancing sunlight on the surface of still water.

Today I wandered the tideline and washed my hands and feet in the cool winter ocean. A couple of weeks ago I was bathing in the warm summer sea waters of beautiful Greece, I am missing those nourishing crystal clear waters so much right now.

Cancer season is activating my Cancer Ascendant intensly right now, such sensitivity so beautiful yet so complex sometimes. Everything seemed so simple before I returned home to Australia.

It is said the more you travel, the stranger home feels and nothing is the same when you return because you are not the same. Yet life has gone on without you and people in your life expect you to return home as the same you, the person that they thought they knew.

"Traveling—it gives you home in a thousand strange places, then leaves you a stranger in your own land." Ibn Battuta

My month away was the happiest that I have felt in several years, and yes I am fundamentally altered and everything feels tilted on its axis now, no matter how grounded I am.

And now regardless of how I feel, the crossroads of huge change yawns before me waiting.....and soon I will need to choose the way.

The Longest Night of the year is nearly upon us here in Australia, her cloak of darkness enfolding these Southern Lands in a cool embrace as she holds the Sun deep in her belly.

As the heat and light of the Sun god slumbers in the underworld within her womb recovering his strength, the goddess is both the mother and the crone. She is protectress, guide, seer, wisdom keeper and creatress.

And as the light and warmth of fire calls us together in contemplation and celebration at this potent point of the year, the reminder is to also tend our own internal flame as we as honour the journey of the Sun on the shortest day.

Pyrophoros weilds her torches showing the way as we deepen into the dark core of this Fire Horse Year. And honouring too, the Lampadios, her lantern bearing attendents, that have been present for me for years but came through so strongly recently at Hekates Cave at Eleusis in Greece with

As we pause to gather around the Solstice fires and embrace the light of hope within the cold darkness of Winter, may we find the courage to embrace our own ongoing rebirthing cycles.
