MFC PRESENTATION 2026 — MADE WITH PRIDE 🏆
A massive thank you to JTN Engineers, a proudly family-owned company, for going above and beyond for Murwillumbah Football Club this Presentation season.
JTN Engineers have custom-made over 250 MFC medallions for our players, as well as creating some of the plaques for our presentation trophies — putting in the time, effort and care to help us celebrate our players properly.
These medallions and trophies are more than just awards. They’re keepsakes of the 2026 season, celebrating the commitment, achievements and memories our players have made throughout the year.
We are incredibly grateful to Kate from JTN Engineers for supporting MFC and helping make our 2026 Presentation extra special.

Murwillumbah FC is officially inviting Player Expressions of Interest for our 2027 QPL squads!
We’re looking for ambitious, committed and team-first footballers who are ready to challenge themselves, raise the standard and help us build something special in Murwillumbah.
For us, QPL is about more than competing. It’s about creating a genuine pathway for talented players, representing our community with pride and building a high-performance environment where players can develop, compete and belong.

JUNIOR PRESENTATION - THIS FRIDAY!

To help families plan their evening, here’s what to expect at our 2026 Junior Presentation:

Friday 18 September
Murwillumbah Football Club

5:00pm — Gates Open
Players check in at the registration table and collect their food and drink tickets. Music and activities will begin!

5:15pm–6:15pm — Food & Activities
Food service begins, with plenty of activities for families to enjoy around the club.
Gunters pizzas will be providing pizzas
Coyotes Cantina will be serving nachos
Sausage sizzle will be served also

5:30pm — Coaches’ Catwalk
Our coaches have been given a special challenge for the evening…and you definitely won’t want to miss it! 😂

6:00pm — Team Photos 📸
Players, please be ready to join your team.

6:30pm — Speeches & Awards
Acknowledgement of Country, President’s Speech, Team Awards and Club Awards. All junior teams from U6–U16 will be presented with their awards.

8:00pm — Finish

Please arrive by 5:00pm so we can check everyone in and keep the evening running smoothly.

We can’t wait to celebrate our players, coaches, volunteers and families—the people who make our club the wonderful community it is!

U13 DIVISION 2 BOYS ARE THE 2026 GRAND FINAL CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Our U13 boys have capped off an incredible season with a heart-stopping 3–2 Grand Final victory over Magic United TFA!

MFC struck first just 12 minutes into the match, but Magic United responded with two goals to take a 2–1 lead into half-time.

After an inspiring and tactical half-time talk from coaches Andrew and Justin, the boys returned to the field with renewed determination. They played smart football, fought for every opportunity and levelled the score at 2–2 just 10 minutes into the second half.

Then came the decisive moment. Awarded a penalty, Tyler produced an incredible piece of team play, calmly laying the ball off to Clancy, who fired home the championship winning goal!

Congratulations to every player and coach on this outstanding achievement, and thank you to the families and supporters who have stood proudly behind the team throughout the entire season.

GRAND FINAL CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a finish. What a team. What a moment!

After the match finished locked at 1–1, our U16 Division 2 boys held their nerve in a heart-stopping penalty shootout, defeating Ormeau 6–5 to become GRAND FINAL CHAMPIONS!

This group has shown incredible determination, resilience and belief throughout the season and when everything came down to one final moment, they stood together and delivered.

Congratulations to every player, coach and family who contributed to this unforgettable achievement. You have made Murwillumbah FC incredibly proud!

This is what an entire season of training, commitment, teamwork, setbacks, big moments and believing in each other has been building towards. The Grand Final Weekend!

Tonight our U16 Div 2 boys take the field at 8:15pm, before our U13 Div 2 boys get their chance tomorrow at 12:15pm.

Now we’re calling on the whole Murwillumbah FC community, players, families, coaches, juniors, seniors, past players and supporters to make the effort to get there, wear your green and black and get loud for these teams!

A Grand Final is something these players will remember for a very long time, and there’s nothing better than looking across the sideline and seeing your club standing there with you.

They’ve done the hard work to earn their place. Now it’s our turn to show up for them.

Let’s fill those sidelines and bring the Murwillumbah support!

DAD’S FATHER’S DAY GIFT?
Apparently… an entire day of junior football.

Two teams.
A bunch of VERY enthusiastic young footballers.
Plenty of laughs.
Plenty of running.
And a sideline full of dads thinking, “Yep… this is exactly how I wanted to spend Father’s Day.”

Our little legends headed down to the Northern Rivers Football Cup on Sunday for a brilliant day of football, teamwork, fun and making memories with their friends.

A huge thank you to Nathan Green and Pontus Lindstedt for stepping in at the last minute, taking the teams down and giving these kids the chance to enjoy such a great experience. Absolute champions.

And to the dads who spent Father’s Day cheering, clapping and providing expert tactical advice from the sideline…
