Today we want to give a massive shoutout to someone who has gone above and beyond for our gym.

A huge thank you to Ben for building our brand-new deadlift platforms and jacks. What started as an idea became a reality because of the countless hours, effort, skill and care you put into every piece. The quality of your work speaks for itself, and it’s something our members will benefit from every single training session for years to come.

In a sport where everyone is chasing their own goals, it’s people like you who remind us what the powerlifting community is really about. You didn’t have to help us, but you did and that generosity won’t be forgotten.

A huge congratulations to Tom for taking athlete of the month!

Tom has recently joined Power Elite and has instantly connected with everyone. Showing he's not only a hard worker, but also a big motivator to the rest of the Squad.

Tom is stepping up this weekend for his first powerlifting competition and has been killing it with his training. Turning up to every session and bringing the heat when needed to lock in and push hard.

A huge congratulations to Bernadette for taking out this month’s Member of the Month!

Over the past few months, Bernadette has absolutely been putting in the work. She’s dropped over 10kg, shown incredible consistency in training, and recently stepped onto the platform for her very first powerlifting competition where she absolutely crushed it.

What’s even better? She’s not stopping there. Bernadette is now deep into preparation for her first sanctioned powerlifting competition, continuing to build strength, confidence, and momentum every week.

Another comp day in the books. 💪

Massive shoutout to the Power Elite crew who stepped onto the platform at Mayhem at and represented the gym with pride. Whether it was PBs, lessons learned, or simply showing up and giving it everything, we’re proud of every lifter who wore the PE colours.

Competition day is just the reward for the countless early mornings, late nights, missed social events and hard training sessions that happen behind the scenes.

Thank you to the handlers, coaches, loaders, referees, supporters and everyone who helped make the day run smoothly.

The team keeps growing, the standards keep rising, and we’re only getting started.

A huge thank you to everyone who represented Power Elite at NSW States this weekend. Thanks .tribe for hosting a cracker comp.

To our lifters, coaches, handlers, loaders, supporters, family members and everyone who helped behind the scenes – thank you. Whether you hit PBs, stood on the podium, or battled through a tough day on the platform, we’re proud of every single one of you.

Power Elite is more than a gym. It’s a team that shows up, supports each other and celebrates every win together.

Congratulations to all our competitors and thank you to everyone who spent the weekend cheering, coaching, handling and making sure our athletes could perform at their best.
