Still looking for an activity your child can get excited about this term?

Term 4 Fitnastics is underway at Northern Beaches Gymnastics Academy, and bookings are still open!

Our school-aged recreational gymnastics classes give children the opportunity to learn new skills, build strength and coordination, and make friends along the way.

From learning their first roll to working towards a stronger handstand, there’s always something to practise and feel proud of. Children can enjoy gymnastics and progress without needing to compete.

We welcome beginners and returning gymnasts, with classes to suit different experience levels.

Find us at 1525 Pittwater Road, North Narrabeen.

Great coaches never stop learning!

Today, our coaching team had the opportunity to dive deeper into understanding ASD, ADHD and anxiety in children, and how we can adapt our coaching to better support the individual needs of every gymnast.

A huge thank you to Jess from Kids Plan-It Occupational Therapy for sharing her knowledge, practical strategies and valuable insights with our team! Another huge thank you to Sam who assisted in our connection with Jess as well as providing some yummy snacks for our crew. 🫶🏼

Every child learns, communicates and responds differently, and we believe great coaching is about recognising those differences and adapting our approach to help every child feel supported, confident and capable.

We’re excited to keep adding new tools to our coaches’ tool belts, creating an environment where every gymnast has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

Because gymnastics isn’t one size fits all, and neither is great coaching!🤍💙

Behind the scenes prep for an epic Term 4.
