Hi Ladies!
Let's meet to celebrate smashing our first week of the Sweat Challenge with a nice Sunday Morning riverwalk around Southbank!
Start // 9am
Meet at // The Wheel of Brisbane
Bring // A water and your happy self!
will be the team leader for this walk.
Prepare yourselves for a 5k walk (it won't feel like it once we all get chatting, I promise!) as we do a loop around the riverside🚶🏼♀️🚶
And your more than welcome to bring your pooches or kidlets! The more the merrier! 😁

Happy Friday sisters!
Meetup happening!
💪🏼When: Saturday 2nd of September.
💪🏼Where: New Farm Park.
Meet at 9:45am near the rotunda for a 10am start.
💪🏼Warm up followed by a BBG style workout then a cooldown/stretches.
(Workout will be posted closer to the date)
💪🏼Bring: Your workout mat, sweat towel and water bottle… and of course your enthusiasm! Don’t forget to wear sunscreen.

Of course you are welcome to do a workout from which ever week of BBG you are currently up to, just start and stop at the buzzer as it marks the 4 x 7 minute intervals.

As always these meetups are free, all girls are welcome to attend regardless of their fitness level and registration is not required.
This event is posted on our Facebook Group “BBG Girls QLD” which has all the information you need, plus it creates a reminder so you won’t miss out!

Over 60 ladies registered for this Sunday's event!! 😱😱😱
BBG QLD admin are so excited to meet all you lovely .
A few more details for the day.
When: Sunday 26th March 2017
Time: Arrive at 7:30am to get your name checked off . We aim to start the workout (Week 11 abs) around 8am.
Where: New Farm Park. Assemble on the grassed area near the main rotunda. Look for our BBG Brisbane banner!
Bring: Your workout mat, sweat towel and water bottle… and of course your enthusiasm! Don’t forget to wear sunscreen.
Extra Info: We will have a brief stretch / warm up session before the workout commences. The workout (week 11 abs) will be standard BBG format (4 x 7 minutes). After the workout we we have a cool down / stretch session based of Kayla’s stretches in her BBG 1.0 guide.
Following the workout there will have plenty of time to meet and mingle with your fellow BBG sisters and some of the sponsors who are joining us on the day (Lorna Jane Wintergarden and Chobani Australia).
Please Note: We will one of the admins hubby taking photos of the meetup so we can share them with Kayla and her Sweat Team. He has done BBG workouts before so knows how tough they are and how sweaty you get so no need to feel embarrassed! If you do not wish to be featured in any photos, please let us know.
