Why does this bother me!
Why do i find this routine service stuff becoming such a problem?
It’s not that hard people. If you are a professional in your field, do your bloody job! This is a cabin filter removed from under the dash of a car. Every time you turn on your interior fan for A/C or just air circulation, the air runs through this filter. Most cars have them, some are easier to check and replace than others but it’s part of the job. Just bloody do it. have seen some dirty cabin filters in my time almost 36 years of doing this job, but this one takes the cake! It took 15 minutes of digging the accumulation of leaves and contamination out of the vents, What if the fan motor started running hot because of the air restriction, or a malfunction, these leaves would have caught fire in a heart beat. If you are a mechanic out there seeing this for f**k sake just do your job and check stuff!! This guy had no idea of the dangers this caused, not to mention breathing in all the dodgy air from breaking down leaf matter every trip they took!!
