The Growing Cycle - Gardener in Thornbury

Last month, I was lucky to spend a couple of weeks in Vietnam. Looking at beautiful gardens and marvelling at the way traffic flows on two wheels. The first switch-off holiday I’ve had in sometime.

Shout out and a welcome to team member Tom, who (together with Erica) made sure not a leaf was out of place while I was away. Always smiling through the Melbourne drizzle! This week we’re starting to see some budswell and Fool’s Spring is on our doorstep. We’re stepping into our fourth Spring. Let’s go! - Anna

Last week we ticked over three years in business. While I dabbled with the idea before covid, it was 2023 that I took it all a bit more seriously.

Originally working from my share house garage, bolstering some consistent clients, growing and hiring workmates, building up the fleet and improving our gardening skill and processes - I’m really proud of what we’ve achieved in this time.

I look over my camera roll and it’s entirely bikes and gardens, so thought to share a few. If you like seeing this kinda thing please let me know - I’m more likely to catch you in the bike lane or on High St, but it’s nice to have a record here too.

Three years feels like both a short and long time, but very grateful to feel as though we are over the hump and finding our strides. Looking forward to meeting more neighbours and working in more gardens into Spring 2026! - Anna
