Yasmine has PMOS (PCOS) and she’s 25LBS DOWN IN JUST 10 WEEKS!! ❤️ But honestly, the weight loss is only part of what I’m proud of here. Since starting:

✨ She’s lost 25lbs
✨ She has more energy every day
✨ She’s sleeping really well
✨ She has little to NO acne
✨ Brain fog is no longer an issue
✨ And she says her mental health is the BEST it’s been in a long time ❤️

In Yasmine’s own words… “Overall, my physical and emotional state has been the healthiest it’s been!”

And THIS is what I want you to understand. Yasmine didn’t suddenly become more disciplined. She didn’t find some magic PMOS diet and she didn’t need MORE information about how to lose weight.

She needed someone to look at HER, her PMOS, her lifestyle and what she was struggling with and tell her exactly what to focus on. That’s what we do!

✅ We give you a plan built around YOU
✅ We keep you accountable when motivation disappears
✅ And when something isn’t working, we adjust the plan instead of you assuming you’ve failed again

That’s where so many women with PMOS get stuck. You know eating healthy is key. You know exercise and sleep are important, you know about protein and getting your steps in…

But knowing what to do and actually being able to do it consistently for long enough to change your life are two VERY different things. Losing weight, putting it back on, starting again Monday, trying another diet, getting frustrated and wondering why you can’t just stay consistent.

10 weeks ago, Yasmine started with us. Today she’s 25lbs lighter, has more energy, sleeps better, her skin has cleared up, the brain fog is gone and mentally she feels better than she has in a long time.

THAT’S what I want for you too ❤️

So if you have PMOS, you’re tired of trying to figure this out yourself and you’re at the point where you’re genuinely READY for someone to coach you through this…

Chatting with one of our clients this week and one thing I often ask about is the emotional side of living with PCOS / PMOS. It's all good talking about the science, tips, and the symptoms but I think it's important that we also talking about the emotional impact of those symptoms.

This image comes from that exact conversation. She was opening up about the struggles she's had trying to convince her family, friends, and work colleagues about the reality of her PCOS, fatigue, and weight struggles.

PCOS / PMOS is one of those conditions that the people in your life probably know very little about yet will have a opinion on. And even though it's an uneducated opinion, it still hurts when you're told you're lying, lazy, or faking it, when you're clearly not.

Need a little more help with your PMOS/PCOS? ❤️

You guys know my mission has always been to make life better for women with PMOS. It's why I do what I do, and why I've built everything I have.

If you have PCOS/PMOS, weight loss often stalls because your body isn’t very efficient at using fat as a fuel source in the first place. That’s where L-carnitine may be worth looking into.

L-carnitine helps transport fatty acids into the mitochondria, which are essentially the energy-producing centres of your cells.

In simple terms, it helps your body access and use stored fat more effectively. The women I tend to consider L-carnitine for most are those dealing with:

💥 Persistent fatigue or low energy
💥 Difficulty losing weight despite doing the right things
💥 Poor exercise recovery
💥 Insulin resistance or metabolic dysfunction
💥 Feeling like their metabolism has completely slowed down

When your body becomes better at producing energy, a lot of things can start to improve. Energy levels often feel more stable, exercise can feel easier, recovery may improve, and staying consistent with healthy habits becomes far more achievable.

As always, supplements aren’t magic. You don’t need 15 different supplements sitting in your cupboard. But when the right supplement matches the right problem, it can make a meaningful difference.

That’s exactly why we stock L-carnitine at Health & Balance Vitamins. If you’d like to check out our L-carnitine, you’ll find it via the link in my bio 🔗💊

Melissa has PMOS (PCOS) and she’s now 27KG / 60LBS DOWN!! 😭💚

And she’s done it naturally, sustainably and without spending her life on some ridiculous diet. But look at what ELSE has changed…

✨ 27kg / 60lbs gone
✨ 20cm gone from her waist
✨ 30%+ improvement in her HOMA-IR
✨ Energy levels through the roof
✨ Sleeping deeper and barely waking during the night
✨ Cravings are basically non-existent
✨ No longer needs daily PPIs after years of relying on them
✨ Digestion and bloating massively improved

And probably my favourite part… She doesn’t even recognise the woman in those old photos anymore. ❤️

Melissa didn’t suddenly wake up one day with more willpower. She didn’t find some magic PMOS diet. And she DEFINITELY didn’t need another person telling her to “eat less and exercise more.”

She needed someone to look at HER!! Her PMOS, her insulin resistance, lifestyle, symptoms. to find what she could realistically stick to. And then tell her exactly what to focus on.

That’s what we do.

When Melissa started, we kept things SIMPLE.

✅ Structured her nutrition
✅ Got her walking consistently
✅ Built consistency BEFORE worrying about intensity
✅ Progressed her into at-home workouts
✅ Eventually got her confidently training in a commercial gym
✅ Worked on her digestion, sleep and recovery
✅ And gave her the accountability to actually keep going

Melissa is now 27kg lighter, 20cm smaller through her waist, her HOMA-IR has improved by more than 30%, her cravings are under control, she’s sleeping better, her digestion has completely changed and she feels like a different person.

THAT’S what I want for you too. ❤️ So if you have PMOS and you’re reading this thinking… “Drew, I’m ready. I just need someone to actually show me what to do.”

Comment “COACH” below. I’ll send you a message, have a chat about what you’re struggling with and see if coaching is the right fit for you. 💚

Okay, let me explain WHY I picked these 👇🏼

🍈 Cantaloupe for insulin resistance... naturally contains inositol, which is one of my favourite nutrients for PMOS (PCOS). Inositol helps your body respond better to insulin, which is HUGE because insulin resistance is one of the biggest drivers behind weight gain, cravings, hunger and hormonal issues with PMOS.

🫐 Blueberries for cravings... they’re packed with fibre and polyphenols that help with blood sugar control. More stable blood sugar = fewer of those ridiculous cravings where you feel like you could eat everything in the kitchen 😂

🍓 Strawberries for PCOS belly... one of my favourites when you’re trying to lose weight. They’re low in calories, high in water and fibre, and you can eat a decent amount of them without smashing your calories. Basically, more food for fewer calories, which makes losing weight WAY easier.

🍎 Apples for hunger... great for fullness. They’re high in fibre, take a while to eat and help keep you satisfied for longer. If you’re someone who eats and then feels hungry again an hour later, add more foods like this.

🍌 Bananas for low energy... give you easy-to-use carbs, plus potassium and vitamin B6, so they’re a great option when you’re feeling flat or need energy around training. And NO, you don’t need to avoid bananas because you have PMOS (PCOS) 😂

🥝 Kiwi for poor sleep... this one is actually really cool. Kiwi has been studied specifically for sleep, with people eating kiwi before bed seeing improvements in how quickly they fell asleep, how long they slept and overall sleep quality.

And if you want some extra help, you can shop my Health & Balance Vitamins supplement range through the link in my bio.

Or, if you’re sick of trying to figure all of this out yourself and want us to actually build a personalised PMOS (PCOS) plan around YOUR symptoms, nutrition, training and goals, comment COACH below and we’ll have a chat x

If you have PMOS (PCOS), there’s a version of your life that no one else really sees.

The part where you’re exhausted all day but can’t sleep at night. The part where your body feels unpredictable, your symptoms feel constant, and you’re expected to just “get on with it.” The part where friends and family care, but don’t truly understand how heavy this feels mentally.

I see this every day talking to my staff (women with PMOS/PCOS, replying to customer emails or working with our coaching clients.

Because unless you’re living with PMOS/PCOS, it’s hard to grasp how much it affects your confidence, your mood, your patience, and your hope. It’s not just the physical symptoms, it’s the constant mental load of managing your body every single day when you feel you're not in control of it.

And what makes it harder is that most women are left trying to figure it out alone. Googling, trial and error, being told it’s “normal” or that you just need to come later in life.

If this hit close to home, you’re not weak for feeling worn down by it. You’re responding to something that genuinely asks a lot of you, and at times, is bloody hard. The real question is how long you’re expected to carry it on your own.

Does this feel familiar for you right now?

If you have PCOS / PMOS and you’ve been blaming yourself for that belly, stop it. I will guarantee you that almost every...

If you have PCOS / PMOS and you’ve been blaming yourself for that belly, stop it. I will guarantee you that almost every single diet, program, or trainer you’ve ever tried was never designed for a body with PMOS.

A PMOS belly isn’t just a calorie problem!!

It’s inflammation, water retention, and visceral fat sitting on top of things like insulin resistance and high cortisol. That’s why it can bloat randomly, it’s why it can feel like it won’t shift no matter how little you eat, and it’s why you can lose weight everywhere else and STILL feel like your stomach is the last place to change.

You’ve been trying to fix a hormone problem with calories. Instead, fix your insulin, fix your cortisol, fix what’s underneath!!

And suddenly you’re not just working on the belly. Your energy, sleep, hunger, skin and cycle can start improving too. The first things to look at?

Focus on eating foods that help keep your blood sugar stable, increase your protein intake, set yourself a daily step goal, and stick to consistent sleep and wake times.

Start there. Everything else gets easier. And if you’re at the point where you’re DONE trying to figure all of this out on your own and you want a personalised plan for your weight, hormones, nutrition and training, comment “COACH” below.
