Today I ran the Hallora Marathon.
I went into Today, hoping I could beat last times 3hrs 27mins.
To run a 3hr 12min on that Hilly course, is mind blowing. Even crazier, it got me into 3rd place 😳 Still can't believe I got on the podium.

Thanks to all my local running group mates from Pakenham Road Runners, for cheering me on, those high fives are electric

Best part of the day was running another event with my mate Gazza. Love how we spurr each other on

Today I ran at Shepp Marathon
I am so Stoked with what I was able to Run today
I went into today's Run, hoping my body held up and I was able to possibly go Sub 3hrs 20.

To Run almost 3hrs 10mins is Absolutely Astonishing, but I'll take it.
I felt Amazing out there

Hey all, My name is Dale Gibbs. I'm a Fitness Trainer, that is starting a home based studio. I am looking for Beginner Beginner/ Beginner people from 16 and above. If you are a Big Gym Bro or Cardio Queen, this isn't the place for you.
A bit about myself. I started running during covid days. I eventually joined up with the Pakenham Road Runners. Since joining the group I have loved watching and helping people reach their goals.
Due to this love of helping people and the happiness it brought me watching these people reach their goals, I decided to do a Cert 3 course in Personal Training.
