Tribal Child at Sunny Skye’s

Tribal Child will be launching in Early November 2019, it is a program for children to adolescents with the sole purpose of teaching, mindfulness, meditation with music and dance.

In our busy lives, it seems anxiety, depression and self worth has become major topics of discussion with all the social media platforms for our young people and what is watched on TV, there seems to be a greater decline in children’s ability to believe in themselves and love who they are. ‘Like’s’ is more important than ‘Love’ and it is a growing concern.

This program will help children to get in touch with their emotions, self worth, become confident in their own bodies and love themselves💕

I will be continually posting affirmations for children and adults alike, with the intention to have the complete program running in November.

The program will cover:
1. Self Esteem
2. Visualisation
3. Emotions (stress and anger management)
4. Relaxation (learning to relax)
5. Healthy, Happy living
6. Positive thinking
7. Relationships (Healthy and not so)
8. Accomplishing your dreams

I have a temporary logo until closer to the launch date. Keep watching and share with anyone you think may benefit from this program.

I have already a couple of Daycare centres wishing to add the program into their curriculum and hoping to expand into the education system and private practice from our own studio.
