Is it actually cold?

Ice bath or cryotherapy. Both are cold. But they are not the same.

If DOMS is hanging around for 3 or 4 days, that's not a badge of honour. It's your body telling you it can't clear inflammation fast enough on its own.
Most of the time, the fix isn't training less. It's recovering smarter.
3 minutes of full-body cold exposure drops inflammation markers and brings fresh oxygenated blood back into your muscles. You feel the difference within hours, and the next training day actually feels training day, not damage control.

Cryofitness Happy Hours are now running Monday to Friday, twice a day.
5:30 AM to 8:30 AM
4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Drop in before work, after training, or while the kids are in class.
$45 per session during happy hours
$35 per session for groups of 3 or more
That is a full recovery session for less than your post-workout meal.
