This week it was our seniors that stepped onto the competition mat. Yes - we won a lot of fights, but more importantly the guys showed technique and grit. Congratulations to all ! 👍💪🏼🥋

🥋 JUNIOR JUDO COMPETITION 🥋

A great day on the mats for our Zoo Judo juniors!

🥈 Ari – 2nd place
🥉 Elliott – 3rd place

Both boys did an awesome job today. They played well, tried the techniques they’ve been learning in training, worked hard and, most importantly, had fun.

We were especially proud of their attitude — giving everything a go, listening to their coaches and showing great sportsmanship throughout the day.

The medals are a fantastic bonus, but seeing them getting out there, having a crack and enjoying their judo is what it’s all about.

Well done Ari and Elliott! You made your coaches very proud! 🦁🥋👏

Mutual Welfare and Benefit

“Everyone grows by helping each other improve.”

— Jigoro Kano, Founder of Judo

Judo isn’t just about throws and medals. It’s about respect, patience, leadership and supporting one another to become better—both on and off the mat.

Whether your child is stepping onto the mat for the very first time or chasing competition goals, they’ll be part of a team that believes everyone succeeds when we help each other improve.

🥋 Come and experience the Zoo Judo family.
