Day 3 – Melbourne VIC 💜

Slower pace today at 3 hours 40 minutes. Twinged my hammy in the first lap but grit got me through! Every step a reminder that if we can push through a little discomfort, we can keep pushing to protect children who need us.

Huge thanks to my amazing support crew today, best mates Jamie and Richie, high school friends Jemma and Megan, and Aunty Pam cheering from the sidelines! Also had great company out on the course with Isaac who ran 15km with me.

Three down, four to go. Thanks everyone for the ongoing support! 💜

DAY 1 - Perth WA 💜

3 hours 37 minutes down, six more marathons to go.

We're out here blazing trails so others can walk a little easier.

Today I ran with Claus, who I had the privilege of teaching in Grade 5 back in 2015. He's absolutely killing it in life, and sharing the road with him today meant everything.

Thank you everyone for the ongoing support! 💜

One of the highlights of our Bravehearts 777 Luncheon was hearing from the incredible Dr. Michael Hewitt-Gleeson, founder of the School of Thinking and creator of x10 Thinking.

And now he's bringing his course to Launceston!

Multiply Your Business by 10
Launceston, Tasmania
Tuesday 28th July 2026

Michael challenged every person in that room to stop asking "How can I improve by 10%?" and start asking "How can I make this 10 TIMES better?"

This is your chance to experience that transformation live and in person. Perfect for business owners and leaders who want to:

✅ Spot opportunities others miss
✅ Challenge the assumptions holding them back
✅ Generate breakthrough ideas and exponential growth

If Michael's session at our luncheon sparked something in you, this is your next step. Don't miss it!

Taper time! 🙌

Time to rest up, trust the process, and let the body do its thing.

Grateful to have Osmos Recovery Spaces in my corner, their recovery support has been a game-changer on this journey, and that doesn’t stop now.

Almost there! 💪💜
