What’s your role at YSC and what does it involve?
🔍 Lead Development Representative. I develop, nurture, and gather information for leads generated from events and downloads, bringing them to a point where they are of high quality.
What inspired you to join YSC?
🚀 The main reason I was so excited to join YSC was the opportunity for 1-on-1 sales training from an industry pro. Alongside the high-level training, I was drawn to the tight-knit team and the potential for growth, both personally and as a company.
If you could master any skill instantly, what would it be?
🗣️ The skill of conversation.
Where is your favourite place to eat?
🍔 Royals in Wembley.
What’s a memorable moment or achievement at work?
📞 The most memorable moment so far has been when Harriet Mellor and I started making calls after I completed my basic training. It was incredible to see the skills I learned in action and to watch the Big Boss work her magic!
