I know the feeling.
Short on time… but still want to show up.

Skipping doesn’t fix your fitness.
Structure does.

Here are 2 workouts that actually carry over to the bike —
done in under 30 minutes.

Start with 5 minutes of dynamic work.
Finish with 5 minutes to bring things back down.

Simple. Efficient. Done.
