Not only a transformation, but an evolution. One year ago he made a decision, to become stronger mentally and physically. Today, the results speak for themselves 💪🏼🧠

I’m proud of this guy .i.soltys 🇺🇦 who started his fitness journey training a full body 2x a week with me from scratch and now he is training 5-6x a week with a completely different split, even going to the gym by himself, eating healthier and with better habits

He dropped 15kg of fat and put on lean muscle mass, what a huge difference! I’m sure he feels accomplished (internal joke) as I feel 😉

Transformation starts in the mind, the body just follows and push ups are push ups (internal joke again)

Everything starts with a decision…

March 23th (64.3kg) vs September 20th (53.8kg) - 6 months in between pictures, she decreased fat and put on muscle mass 💪🏼

First of all I’d like to say a very well done to my client for your massive and inspiring transformation, not only physically but mentally as well, hard work and effort pays off and results don’t lie. I’m very proud of you and everything that you achieved so far and can’t wait to see the results on what’s coming next

Through her plan we started slowly, low volume in training and maintenance diet, just trying to avoid high processed foods and eating real food and things she liked, week by week we were updating training and diet, cutting calories slowly and giving a different stimulus to her training, one step at the time

Always tracking everything weekly and making her consistent and enjoying the journey, respecting all cravings and menstrual cycle. It is not easy or fast, it’s all about dedication, discipline, commitment and consistency. But you did it! I gave you the path and you walked it strong and had this massive change, congratulations 🙌🏼
