Today we say goodbye to a space that has held so much love, movement, sweat, laughter, and connection. Flow Hot Yoga & Pilates has officially closed its doors, and while this chapter ends, the heart of this community will always stay with us.

Thank you to every single person who rolled out a mat, showed up for themselves, supported our teachers, and helped create the warm, welcoming energy that made Flow so special. You’ve been the soul of this studio.

To our incredible teachers — your dedication, kindness, and passion shaped this place more than words can say. And to our beautiful clients — thank you for trusting us with your practice and being part of our journey.

Although the studio is closing, the spirit of Flow lives on in every breath, every moment of stillness, and every spark of strength you carry forward.

After 6 years of running Flow Hot Yoga & Pilates and building a beautiful community together, we have made the very difficult decision to close the studio. Our final day of classes will be Friday 13 March.

This has been an emotional decision for us. Flow has been a huge part of our lives, and we are so grateful for every person who has rolled out a mat, shared a smile, supported our teachers, and helped create the warm, welcoming space Flow has become. You have truly been the heart of this studio.
