What to expect:

Recovery Pack — 10 Sessions for $100
Normally $30 / session (SAVE $200)
This recovery pack is designed for athletes and active individuals who want consistent, structured recovery without ongoing commitments.
Each pack includes 10 pre-paid recovery sessions, bookable entirely through our GymMaster system. Sessions can be used flexibly across the week, including weekends, and are deducted automatically from your account upon booking.
Recovery sessions provide access to our designated recovery space, including compression boots and recovery equipment, allowing you to manage fatigue, improve circulation, and support training quality over time.
How it works:
• Purchase the 10-session recovery pack
• Log in to GymMaster and book a Recovery Session
• One session is deducted per booking
• Use sessions as needed, subject to availability
Availability:
• Weekdays during standard operating hours
• Saturdays: 7:00am – 10:00am
This pack is ideal for supplementing training blocks, managing workload, or maintaining recovery during busy training phases.

DECEMBER
It’s a test. Not a break. The best athletes don’t switch off because it’s Christmas or because they’re overseas. You see pros doing sessions on Euro trips, getting their Xmas morning runs in, squeezing work in whenever they can. These guys and girls are already at the highest level… and they’re still outworking everyone. And simply put, that’s why they are where they are.
You don’t need perfect sessions, just consistent ones. Work hard, and then of course indulge, enjoy time with your family and soak up the holidays, but do it without undoing everything you’ve developed this Off Season so far.
Don’t start 2026 behind.
Fixing a squat in under 60 seconds.
Build the base..
Most athletes don’t have a “strength” issue — they have a centre-of-mass issue.
Too much weight forward, breaking at the knees first, dumping into the quads… and suddenly the hamstrings aren’t doing any real eccentric or deceleration work. That’s how athletes end up quad dominant without even noticing.
A few simple cues cleaned it up instantly:
• Hips back so COM stays over mid-foot
• Delay the knee break to actually load the hamstrings
• Control the descent instead of collapsing into it
• Ribs + pelvis stacked to keep the system balanced
This is just one tiny piece of our pre-screening from today with , but it tells you a lot about an athlete’s motor control and how well they understand their own biomechanics. Some great improvements here in such a small period of time.
