So, what does SassFit actually feel like? 💛

It feels like walking in a little unsure… and leaving wondering why you didn’t come sooner

It’s music, movement and a bit of chaos
It’s forgetting the steps and carrying on anyway
It’s laughing at yourself
It’s meeting other women
It’s having an hour where you don’t have to achieve anything

You don’t have to be a dancer
You don’t have to be fit
You don’t have to get it right

You just have to show up

And honestly? Sometimes you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived

That’s SassFit 💛
