Pilates in the park anyone ?
We are doing two Pilates in the Park classes as part of our 21 Day hard challenge!
14th Sep - 3pm
20th Sep - 8am
The mat Pilates class will be stability, balance and core focused. After we will have some drinks available for everyone.
So if you have not already sign up for our 21 day hard core Pilates challenge, starting on the 5th - 25th September.

Pilates vs Stress ✨
Controlled breathing is a key part of Pilates, used as a tool to assist or challange movement. A mindful breath helps the body de-stress by activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System which reduces anxiety, lowers heart rate and promotes a sense of calm.
Pilates also requires focus and mind to muscle connection, this focused state helps quiet the mind and reduce over activation of the sympathetic (stress) system.
Pilates is for the body as well as the mind.

RECEPTION HOURS UPDATE✨
Starting next week on 31/03 we will no longer have reception staff at the desk every day. There will be staff only for couple hours on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
What does this mean?
We will still be replying to emails daily which will be the best form of contact, not call or SMS.
Last minute bookings and cancelation might not be received in time through message so online booking and cancelations are encouraged. If anyone needs help setting up their online MINDbody account please email us and we are happy to assist.
Reminder of cancelation period; 8 hours for group classes 12 hours for studio sessions.
If the online system or app is not suited for you then booking in advanced via email is suggested.
We will still have our communication book on the desk.
