Lauren has recently started her journey at The Set with us and her consistently has been the best it ever was. Attending S&C and Yoga 2-4x per week. She focuses on recovery and makes sure sheβs recharged for her next session. Recovery is a pivotal element in weight training and making time to recover and have rest days is progress in itself!
Always challenging herself in sessions without hesitation and motivating others to do the same. Great having you a part of The Set fam!

Our female overall winner, Summer!
Summer started her journey with us recently in September. For 4 years she struggled to stay consistent with training let alone nutrition but since having her best mate as a training buddy, she has been consistently attending 4-5x per week - a combination of S&C, Boxfit, and Yoga sessions.
She has noticed that tracking her nutrition allowed her to be flexible with her food - eating foods she enjoys without guilt or going cold turkey. She is more mindful of choosing better food choices and overall gaining a better relationship with food. Massive progress!
Her results over the 6 weeks:

We held an in house 6 week challenge for our members from October - December. The results speak for themselves! π€©ππΌ
Ray has been a member with us since August 2020. He consistently trains 4x per week and makes sure he gets his steps in each day and has now added 30 mins a few mornings of the week swimming as active recovery. He enjoys a few beers on the weekend (even during the challenge π) and tracks his food everyday!
Rays results using the body scanner are as follows:
