Feelings are contagious too.
You know when you walk into a room after someone's had an argument and you feel "you could cut the air with a knife"? You know when you walk into a place, maybe a place of business and you just feel happy, like people there must love their work and yet nobody is in the room. You know when you call a friend because you were worried about them but you didn't know why & they tell you how much they needed that call.
We are all connected, we do feel each other's energy. When you are walking into a depleted shopping centre, remember those feelings of anger & panic might not even be yours. Before you walk in adjust how you feel, on purpose, be aware of it, see if you can leave behind some appreciation, love & kindness for the next person and the staff. They just might catch THAT and pass it on ♡♡♡ Nic

When you breathe through your nose, your body's natural filtration system works better. When you breathe deeply, it calms your mind & body. Shallow breathing causes tension & stress in the body. So does fear and anger. Holding your body tight inhibits your ability to heal quickly & easily.
Breathing deeply & slowly....in through the nose ...out through the mouth...sends a message to your brain that everything is ok.
People stockpiling are feeling the most fearful & out of control. This allows them to feel like they have control of "something" ~ their coping mechanism. Getting angry & frustrated with them is upsetting you internally, but externally everyone around you, perpetuating fear, anger and stress, affecting the ones you love and the ones also trying to find their own way of dealing. Be the one to perpetuate smiles & laughter .
Eat well, think positively. Get lots of fresh air. Limit fear based media. Look for the good in people..the more you look (either way) the more you will see.
Be kind & breathe.♡♡♡ Nic
