Today’s Thursday session went from equipment based to mum life! But what fun we had. This is for all the mums that just wanna squeeze in a little exercise.

Program below:
squat with alternate leg lift x20
Squat hold 20 seconds
Alternate Dunbell bicep curl x20
Alternate Bent over row x20
Reverse cross over lunge x12 each leg
Ice skaters / hops x20
Plank hold w walking knee ins x20
Rocking chair x12
Straight leg sit ups x12 with high fives

Program below:
Dunbell curl & squat x12
Side lunge w leg raise x 12 (great for core)
Get up and down x12 ( everyone needs this)
Static lunge x12 each leg
Plank hold - 20sec (keep core tight)
Tricep dips x12 (chest up, great for arms)
Leg ups x 12 each leg( be safe and stable)
Bycycle crunch x 20 (keep back flat, tightness =stop due to abdominal fatigue)

I ll be posting another work out later today. My programs are designed to be friendly and for all levels of fitness. Feel free to leave a comment if want me to include something different. Theraband and Foam rolling will be added in on the weekend for your rest and recovery sets. Each session should take around 20-30minutes whether you repeat 2 or 3 times through.
