Slinky Sleeves in a Corona Virus Coverup.
Today a friend suggested that my Slinky Sleeves business could make designer face masks. Great idea but difficult to put in production at short notice. Then, light bulb moment. My existing face shades to protect from the sun can be used in the same way.
The elastic head band can go around the back of the head with the fabric draped over the nose and mouth .
Being washable cotton or cotton mix they can be kept clean and re-used.

I saw Ryan Glossop’s post on the Melanoma WA page and couldn’t believe it. As I said to him, people who live on their own don’t have someone to check their back regularly. Ask a friend or relative to have a look every 6 months and an annual skin check at a Centre.
Ryan’s story was shown on Channel 7 News tonight.
