If you’re waiting for life to slow down before you start… it probably won’t.
Lately it’s been lots of kids sport, my training/sport, work, lots of work, house wife and fitting in study, literally everything 😤😂
A bit messy at times, a bit overwhelming… but also really full in the best way 🥰
I’m just doing my best to show up where I can, when I can.
You don’t need perfect… just a place to start.

Holiday Tash activated 🤸🏾♂️🎄🌊☀️
Here are my top tips surviving the Chrissy break and staying on track with your goals:
Move your body in some form everyday, get outside, go for a walk or family bike ride - today I’m going snorkelling with the fam 🤿 followed by multiple trips to the fridge
Enjoy allllll the calories on Christmas Day, have a guilt free day and don’t track. Christmas is ONE day and your nutrition isn’t a fad, if you eat healthy most of the time, one day of splurging won’t affect you. So eat that pudding, have a few cocktails and enjoy your precious time with your loved ones.
Stay hydrated 💦 if you’re in Australia it’s a hot time of the year - our body needs 1 litre of water per 25kg of body weight. A lot of us don’t drink enough water. Carry a bottle of water with you where ever you go.

What a weekend for the Injustice gals! These ladies took on Rumble Pairs comp and did us so proud 👊🏼 smashed out her first comp with and they were amazing! came out of retirement and took our 4th in RX, took on their first RX pairs comp, did us proud with the legend !
All in all such a fun weekend well done gals! Thank you to our amazing crew for coming up to cheer us all on as well 👊🏼

Hi my names Tash 🙋🏽♀️and for some reason I like pain and doing hard stuff that tests my capacity, a lot!!… But every time I do this scary s**t like comps or hard training sessions or learning a new skill - it builds resilience and mental toughness. And even though it’s hard, I always push myself and feel amazing afterwards. It also opens my eyes to what I can achieve if I put my mind to things and work hard. It makes me more confident in life/my career and helps me to do the scary things that holds a lot of people back…. Exercise isn’t just for how we look. It’s for our brain too 🧠 ☺️

Another lap around the sun, another year older and wiser 🥳 🎈
Got woken to birthday snuggles from my little men and a beautiful card, trained some clients and now off to Brisbane for the pro am teams event.
Super grateful for all the beautiful people in my life, all the good vibes, love, laughs and sweaty big dawg training sessions 🦍
19 years since I beat ovarian cancer, so everyday not just my birthday is a blessing ❤️
Thank you to everyone that has called and messaged, still getting through them all - you all mean a lot and I’m grateful for the love 🥰
