🔴⚫ 2026 FEMALE FOOTBALL SEASON RECAP ⚽❤️🖤

What an incredible year for female football at Armadale Soccer Club! From growth and development to some fantastic achievements on the pitch, there’s so much to celebrate!

🌟 13 TEAMS & GROWING!
We proudly fielded 10 junior female teams in 2026, including TWO U8 girls teams for the very first time! With teams from U8 through to U16 and 3 senior women’s teams our female football program continues to go from strength to strength.

💪 PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
We introduced a Strength and Conditioning Program for our Academy girls and continued to offer specialist goalkeeper coaching to all our female players, continuing our commitment to developing confident, strong and skilled footballers.

We also delivered nutrition education workshops, helping our girls better understand how to fuel their bodies, support their performance and develop healthy habits both on and off the pitch.

🏆 ON-FIELD SUCCESS
A huge congratulations to our U14 Girls JCL 1 team on winning the Top 4 Final and our U12 Girls on a fantastic season and taking out the Battery World Armadale Cup! Along with one of our U8 girls teams who also came away Battery World Armadale Cup winners! 🏆 Amazing achievements!

🎀 MORE THAN JUST FOOTBALL
Our U13+ girls had the opportunity to participate in Gaining Ground confidence-building workshops, helping them develop resilience, self-belief and positive connections both on and off the pitch.

Along with our Ladies Day celebrations to Mental Health Round, we continued to focus on connection, confidence, wellbeing and creating a positive environment where every girl feels she belongs.

🌱 EXCITING THINGS AHEAD!
We were thrilled to receive funding through the Growing Football Grant and Game On Girls, allowing us to build on the amazing work already happening and introduce even more opportunities for our girls in 2027!

❤️🖤 THANK YOU!
To our players, coaches, team managers, volunteers, families and supporters — thank you for being part of our journey.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved, but even more excited about what’s ahead!

We’re not just building football teams. We’re building confidence, friendships, opportunities and a future for female football at Armadale!

🔴⚫ SHE PLAYS. SHE LEADS. SHE BELONGS.
