Over the past few weeks, our junior teams have continued to represent Armadale Soccer Club with fantastic spirit, teamwork and sportsmanship across all competitions. 👏⚽

It was also great to have Morgan Aquino (former Perth Glory’s number 1 GK who has been playing overseas) stop by the club. Our juniors loved the opportunity to meet her, have a chat and grab a photo! 📸

💪⚽ Building Stronger Players On and Off the Pitch! ⚽💪

Our Female JDL Academy and Development players have been putting in the work with Tom Chow from TC Physio Co
focusing on strength and conditioning to help them become stronger, faster and more resilient footballers.

These sessions are about so much more than fitness. They’re designed to help reduce the risk of common football injuries—particularly ACL injuries— which is so prevalent in female players, while improving movement quality, balance, coordination, landing mechanics, agility and explosive power.

A huge thank you to Tom Chow for investing in the health and development of our female players. Providing our girls with access to high-quality injury prevention and performance training is another important step in creating the best possible environment for them to thrive.
