A few weeks ago we said goodbye to as he takes on a new journey interstate with , James is young but powerful & the improvement he made under our training gave him this incredible opportunity he couldn’t turn down. We are still in awe of the growth & those who trained with him & watched him transform would all agree.

Shoutout to former student , who has taken the Pilates world by storm. Her skill set clearly reflects years of dance training behind her passion for wellness and movement. Lisa is the perfect role model, showing the next generation of Vanguard dancers how decades of dedication to one discipline can be pivoted into success in another. Now highly sought after, Lisa works with the amazing team With Use running her own online business Pulseove watching her journey & seeing her lead her own community. She has and always will be one of the hardest workers we’ve ever had in our building ❤️
