3 weeks ago Patrick had stopped increasing in strength and truly plateaued at 90kg for 3 x 5 reps. Simply dropping the weight by 20-30% for a week and slowly increasing it again can offer your neural system an opportunity to refresh and body to heal. In this video he gets 100kg for 3 x 5 reps with way cleaner form and better tempo; while under a caloric deficit. No better feeling than getting 10-15% stronger and losing 2% body fat in 3 weeks !

2 Weeks 👌
Packing on mass and getting lean at the same time can take years but here is a snapshot of the progress my client Patrick has seen from correcting his Training, Nutrition and Supplementation. Still a work in progress but we will get there soon enough.
