Getting this s15 ready to send to J*pan!!

First time we have seen this lock on bracket for injectors pretty cool such a simple way to fix injectors seals from poping out!

อาจดูเหมือนมีหลายอย่างในรายการ แต่เชื่อผมเถอะครับ ปกติแล้วเราสามารถทำทุกอย่างให้เสร็จได้ภายในวันเดียวและนำเครื่องยนต์ออกมาได้ เพราะมีพื้นที่ว่างรอบเครื่องยนต์เยอะ และชิ้นส่วนส่วนใหญ่ก็อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่เข้าถึงได้ง่าย!

1. ถ่ายน้ำหล่อเย็นออก
2. ถอดแบตเตอรี่
3. ถอดท่อหม้อน้ำ (บนและล่าง)
4. ถอดพัดลมคลัตช์ออกก่อน จากนั้นวางไว้ในฝาครอบแล้วถอดออกพร้อมกับหม้อน้ำ
5. ถอดสายคันเร่ง
6. ถอดท่อหม้อลมเบรกและท่อทางเข้า/ออกของคอยล์ฮีตเตอร์
7. ถอดปลั๊กเซ็นเซอร์สายไฟเครื่องยนต์: หัวฉีดน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง, ระบบจุดระเบิด, TPS, อุณหภูมิน้ำ, IACV, เซ็นเซอร์มุมแคม, มิเตอร์วัดการไหลของอากาศ, เซ็นเซอร์ O2 และปลั๊กสายไฟจากเครื่องยนต์ไปยังตัวถัง
8. ถอดสายไฟย่อย: อัลเทอร์เนเตอร์และสตาร์ทเตอร์
9. ถอดสายกราวด์ทั้งหมดออกจากบล็อกและฝาสูบ
10. ระบายอากาศในถังน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง เปิดฝาถังน้ำมัน จากนั้นถอดท่อทางเข้าและทางออกของน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง
11. ถอดท่อไอดี, มิเตอร์วัดการไหลของอากาศ และกรองอากาศ
12. ถอดน็อตปั๊มพวงมาลัยเพาเวอร์และปั๊มแอร์ออกจากเครื่องยนต์ แยกชิ้นส่วนพร้อมท่อต่างๆ ไว้
13. ถอดสายพานพาวเวอร์พวงมาลัย
14. ถอดคันเกียร์
15. คลายโบลต์กระบอกสูบคลัตช์
16. ถอดท่อไอเสียออกจากตัวดูดควัน (ปล่อยตัวดูดควันไว้กับเครื่องยนต์)
17. ถอดคานรองรับเกียร์ (โบลต์ 4 ตัว) และถอดโบลต์ยึดเครื่องยนต์ (2 ตัว)

ใช้ขั้นตอนเหล่านี้ในทางกลับกันเพื่อติดตั้งเครื่องยนต์ และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ติดป้ายกำกับโบลต์ทั้งหมดและปิดรูที่เปิดอยู่บนเครื่องยนต์ด้วยเทป

It might seem like a lot in this list but trust me, we usually can get all of this done in one day and get the motor out, there’s heaps of clearance around the motor and most things are positioned to have good access!

1. Drain coolant
2. Disconnect battery
3. Remove radiator hoses (top and bottom)
4. Undo the clutch fan first then set it inside the shroud and remove together with the radiator
5. Disconnect throttle cable
6. Disconnect brake booster hose and the inlet/outlet hoses for heater core
7. Unplug engine wiring harness sensors: fuel injectors, ignition, TPS, water temp, IACV, cam angle sensor, airflow meter, O2 sensor, and the engine to body loom plugs
8. Disconnect sub harnesses: alternator and starter
9. Remove all earth straps/grounds from block and head
10. Vent fuel tank open fuel cap, then remove the fuel feed inlet and return lines
11. Remove intake pipe, airflow meter, and air filter
12. Unbolt power steering pump and A/C from the engine. Set aside with hoses
13. Remove power steering belt
14. Remove gear shifter
15. Unbolt clutch slave cylinder
16. Disconnect exhaust system from the extractors (leave extractors on engine)
17. Remove gearbox crossmember (x4 bolts) and remove engine mount bolts (x2)

Use these steps in reverse to install the motor and make sure you label all the bolts and tape off any open holes to the motor.

We are building this SR20DET to go into a s15 competition drift car, nuke performance came on board to with us to test out their new full flow fuel rail for S14/S15. Must say quality is insane and comes with everything you need for a bolt on option, can’t go wrong with Swedish made parts.
